   - **Worn Shirts:** Any shirt that has been worn cannot be returned or refunded.
  
2. **Returnable Items:**
   - **Unworn and Unused Shirts:** If the shirt has not been worn or used, you are eligible for a return or refund. Please ensure the shirt is in its original condition with tags attached.

3. **Return Process:**
   - To initiate a return for an unworn and unused shirt, please email us at yongg.ovie@icloud.com Include your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return in your email.

4. **Refunds:**
   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
